ALTERATIONS:
We do a maximum of two fittings for measurements. Turnaround time varies depending on the product. Majority of our work is done between 1-72 hours. If you need multiple garments done or want to get a unique alteration, such as reconstructing the piece. We'll be happy to help, however those services do take longer. Reconstruction means a series of planned changes and updates made to an existing piece(s) or structure that maintains the size of the existing piece.
CUSTOM PIECE
You can request to have any piece custom made that isn’t on the website. For example, if you have an upcoming event, and want a custom piece made. You can make an appointment to have any piece you plan to wear made just for you, that fits you perfectly. We do require at least a two week notice for this service. All custom pieces are on an approved basis. All custom pieces require an appointment with a designer to better understand client needs.
MEMBERSHIP
Every season (3 months) we have a new collection for our members to choose from online. The collection ranges from 8-12 new pieces every season. Members pay an annual subscription fee. Once you are a member, a password of your choice will be created. And you’ll have full access to our current and upcoming collection. Being a member allows the client to have a custom piece made. All handmade custom pieces will be made and delivered within two weeks.
